MINDING MIDDLETOWN

Minding Middletown LLC is the parent company of Stop Village 35.

We are a citizen action group formed to protect the Quality of Life in our NJ community. The group is comprised of volunteers - residents and neighbors - who care deeply about the long-term health of their town, neighborhoods, and families.

We believe responsible development is paramount to a sustainable future for our Quality of Life in Middletown.

Established July 2016, our group's early-stage community outreach and fundraising activity has made it possible to retain professional services. The Challengers who represent the Community in the endeavor against the Village 35 proposal include:

• Land Use/ Redevelopment Legal team:  Litwin & Provence, LLC

• Planning expert: Marta Lefsky

An ongoing awareness campaign and fund drive is vital to keeping these professionals involved throughout the application process. Contributions and volunteers are necessary.

STOP VILLAGE 35

Stop Village 35 is a citizens action group  dedicated to raise awareness and fund legal challenges to oppose the Circus Liquors Redevelopment Plan, formerly known as Village 35, application.

The Village 35 application represents irresponsible overdevelopment, which we oppose. 100% of donations received go toward the fight against the Circus Liquors Redevelopment Plan, formerly known as Village 35 proposal.
